Jason Jones is transformational business coach with a background in media, marketing and entertainment. As a Culture Strategist at Envision, Jason guides organizations through culture change that engages employees in their gifts and aligns those gifts to the organization's external digital marketing goals.  He is the founder of The Coaching Hour, a business coaching company in Minneapolis, MN.

As a coach, Jason co-founded The Entertainment Experience, a coaching and development company that teaches event producers and performers how to use a narrative structure and theatrical principles to create social events that are moving, impactful and memorable. This company now serves the UK, Australia, Canada as well as the U.S.  Jason also spent 12 years in radio as an interviewer, host and story teller and culture interpreter.  He hosted the Jason Jones Show on WCCO AM Radio in Minneapolis, MN.   In his spare time, Jason enjoys meditating and serves on the board of directors for the Diaper Bank of Minnesota, a nonprofit that helps working families keep their babies bums covered no matter the financial circumstances . He lives in Minneapolis with his wife, Kelly and their two boys.
