Paul Terry

Paul helps leaders develop their team management and strategic leadership skills. He coaches leaders at all levels to identify and resolve key issues and develop concrete action plans for sustaining and accelerating their levels of contribution. Paul has led numerous engagements with clients in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, food and beverage, insurance and technology industries. His work has included helping clients with solutions in the areas of coaching, building technical competency frameworks, assessment tools, selection processes, training program design, creating tools for career development discussions, and leadership succession strategies.

Prior to starting his own practice, Paul led the development of global partnerships at Korn Ferry and was a division Vice President of Human Resources at Emerson. He also spent four years with ExxonMobil in a variety of human resource roles. His background covers all aspects of human resources and includes experience in leading strategic human resource efforts in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Paul holds an MBA and B.S. degree from Brigham Young University. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), from the International Coach Federation. He is a licensed Coaching Out of the Box® trainer and is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Step I™ and Step II™, EQometer™, and EPIC Change & Transformation™ tools and programs. He spends his personal time in the great outdoors river rafting, hiking, biking and golfing.
