Advanced Group Mentoring
Mentoring and Coaching are both methods of helping others grow, develop, and reach their full potential.
Mentoring-Coaching is solely designed to support the ongoing development and growth of the Coach’s specific needs as a practitioner. It is a tool used by professionals studying to be accredited coaches and experienced coaches to continue their development and to maintain their professional edge for their clients.
In this interactive program, participants will sharpen their coaching skills through live practice sessions—both by coaching and observing peers—within a supportive virtual classroom. Each session is facilitated by an ICF-credentialed coach who provides targeted feedback aligned with the ICF Core Competencies.
This program fulfills up to seven hours of group mentor coaching, meeting the ICF requirement for credentialing. Coaches will gain valuable insights into their strengths and areas for growth while deepening their ability to coach at a professional standard.
About This Experience
In our ASSOCIATE, Level 1 program, already experienced a Group Mentoring Mentoring and 1:1 Mentoring. The structure of this Advanced Course is the same. The content is vastly different. No longer are we looking for ACC Minimum Skills Requirements; we are embedding the 31 PCC standards into your coaching.

Welcome to the Advanced Coaching Skills Practicum Program, where you’ll refine your coaching skills by coaching others and hearing others coach in a virtual environment overseen and critiqued by your coach-facilitator.
If you are taking the Fast Track to ICF Credential, you will be receiving your invitation to enroll in the included 1:1 Mentor Coaching Program. This is a requirement of the ICF for credentialing to have 3 one-to-one mentor coaching sessions.

As a reminder, if you are taking this program as part of the Fast Track to ICF Credential, you will receive a graduation certificate at the very end of the last course in the series, along with a badge to display that certifies you as a Coaching Out of the Box® Certified Graduate Coach.
If you are taking this course as a stand-alone program, you will receive an individual certificate two weeks after successfully completing the program.
