Welcome to the Become a Mentor Coach (BAM)
We’re so excited to have you in the program. You’ve taken a powerful step by joining this 8-week journey, and we’re honored to walk alongside you as you become a Certified Advanced Mentor Coach (CAMC Levels 1 & 2).
This virtual program is co-owned by Soul Designs Coaching International Ltd. (SDCIL) and Morningstar Centre for Engagement (MCE), and offered in partnership with Coaching Out of the Box® | The International Coaching Group.
Over the next eight weeks, you’ll join 1 our group coaching sessions and complete reflective, practical fieldwork between classes to deepen your learning and prepare you to mentor other coaches with clarity and confidence.
This space is yours to grow, explore, reflect, and show up fully. Whether you’re looking to start a mentor coaching practice or refine your current skills, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect:

Eight 60-minute live sessions with world-class facilitators

Weekly fieldwork to integrate and apply your learning

Practicum experiences to build confidence and competence

Access to essential ICF resources, tools, and templates
Upon successful completion of the program (including attendance and practicum), you’ll receive a certificate as a Certified Advanced Mentor Coach (CAMC) – Levels 1 & 2.
Completion also results in attaining 19 CCEs and 5 RDs, as BAM is an ICF CCE-approved program.
This also qualifies you to apply for the SDCIL/MCE Master Mentor Coaching (MMC) Program.

Carolyn Hamilton-Kuby, PCC, CEC

Carolyn is a proud Indigenous woman who brings her vibrant spirit, authenticity, and professionalism as a highly engaging public speaker and naturally gifted coach.
She is the owner of Morningstar Centre for Engagement, a part-time business in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, specializing in leadership and professional coach development.
Carolyn holds a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) designation from Royal Roads University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Since 2018, Carolyn has been a Coach Educator/Facilitator and Mentor Coach with Coaching Out of The Box® by The International Coaching Group and a Licensed Trainer of the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ since 2009.
Recognized as a Thought Leader on Coaching Competencies by the ICF since 2017, she also received an Honorary Mention in the Professional Coach category of the 2024 ICF Coach Impact Awards.
Carolyn was selected to join other global SMEs in developing the ICF core competencies for mentor coaches and coaching supervisors/coach educators, and in 2025 was invited to join the ICF Mentor Coaching & Coaching Supervision Advisory Council.
Lerae Gidyk, MCC

Lerae Gidyk is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), pioneer, and thought leader in the global coaching profession. Since 1999, she has been coaching in personal, leadership, and mentor coaching, bringing a profound commitment to the embodiment of humanness in coaching—coaching not only as a skillset, but as a way of being.
She is the Founder of Soul Designs Coaching International Ltd. and one of the first MCCs in Canada. Most recently, she was appointed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) to co-lead the creation of a new global Community of Practice for Mentor Coaches, extending her impact on the evolution of coaching standards and excellence worldwide.
Lerae is the creator of SourceWork™, an advanced master coach education program that supports experienced coaches in transcending technique to coach from a deeper, source-based presence—coaching what cannot be taught. Through this pioneering work, she has become widely recognized as both the Architect of Source-Based Leadership™ and a Steward of Humanness in Coaching.
Across her roles Lerae is passionately shaping the future of coaching, coach education, championing mentor/supervision coaching excellence and inspiring the next generation of coaches to step into mastery. Her voice is known for being candid, bold, and deeply human, consistently inviting coaches and leaders to explore the edges of their own growth and contribute to the global evolution of consciousness through coaching.
