What to expect from this class;

  • The PRIME intention of this course is to ensure you can apply the eight ICF Core Competencies to real-life coaching situations, in accordance with how the ICF does.
  • Each week has up to 5 situations and in the context of a specified competency, we discuss the merits of various possible answers.
  • One situation each week will be like ones on the ICF Exam, where you will NOT know the competency and must choose the “Best Action” and the “Worst Action” for that situation.
  • We will discuss the answers to gain an understanding of the ICF thinking process relative to the competency.
  • Each week up to 6 multiple-choice questions will be discussed.
  • You will have time to reflect on your answer.
  • Look through the resource material:
    • ICF Definition of Coaching
