Continuing Coach Education credits
Before applying for an ICF credential, you are required to receive a PASS on a Performance Evaluation. This evaluation is completed by an ICG Assessor who is qualified by the ICF, and is based on a recorded coaching session with a real client. A PASS is awarded only when your recording demonstrates the ICF Minimum Skills Requirements at the ACC level.
This course is designed to clearly guide you through each stage of the Performance Evaluation process, from preparation through submission and beyond.

- Understand the ICF criteria for success and how they are applied at the ACC level
- Demonstrate the minimum coaching skills required for a PASS evaluation
- Prepare and record an effective coaching session that meets ICF standards
- Obtain and document client consent appropriately
- Submit your video recording correctly for review
After Submission, We Will Guide You Through:
- What to expect during the evaluation process
- Understanding your results once your assessment is complete
- Next steps if you are not successful on your first attempt
