The application is completed online at the ICF website. Below we will walk you through the steps to apply. You are applying for a PCC Credential using the Level 2 path.

• 1 Certificate of Graduate Status from Coaching Out of the Box. You will need to upload this with your application.

• 2 Ensure your Client Coaching Log is current and you have an accurate account of your coaching experience.
• 3 Be prepared to attest to the ICF requirements listed below.
• 4 Have a credit card ready to process the ICF application fee (see pricing below).

You will be required to read and attest that the information provided is accurate, true, and complete. Any misstatement of information is a violation of the ICF Code of Ethics and may result in sanctions, including loss of membership or revocation of your credential.

• 500 Client Coaching Hours You have delivered at least 500 client coaching hours since the start of your coach-specific education.
• 450 Paid Client Coaching Hours At least 450 of your coaching hours were delivered as paid hours. Paid hours include compensation in any form — financial or bartering of goods and services.
• Coaching Hours Delivered to Clients All reported hours were delivered in an actual coaching relationship. None were delivered as part of an education program, mentor coaching, or coaching supervision.
• Coaching Delivered to 25 or More Clients You have delivered coaching to at least 25 clients since the start of your coach-specific education. Group coaching may be counted, but groups may not exceed 15 clients.
• 50 Hours Within the Last 18 Months You have delivered at least 50 hours of coaching within the 18 months prior to submitting your application.
• Client Coaching Hours Log You maintain a detailed log with client consent to include their name, contact information, coaching dates, and hours. Group coaching entries must include the number of individuals in the group.
• ICF's Right to Audit You understand the ICF reserves the right to audit your coaching experience. Applicants who provide inaccurate or fraudulent information may have their credential denied or revoked, and may be prohibited from reapplying for five (5) years.
