Develop Your Coaching Skills
Step into the program to start your journey. This program draws from the most advanced knowledge base in the field and is translated into a simple, intuitive, and highly transferable framework.
Duration: 8 Weeks
Location: Online. 1.5 hours per week
In this ten-week program, participants will learn the core coaching competencies taught to professionally certified coaches throughout the world.
Duration: 10 Weeks
Location: Online. 1.5 hours per week
This program allows coaches to highlight and explore areas that are often at the source of where a coachee becomes stuck, self-defeating, or demotivated.
Duration: 8 Weeks
Location: Online. 1.5 hours per week
Participants of this program will refine their coaching skills by coaching others and hearing others coach in a virtual classroom overseen and critiqued by an ICF certified professional coach.

Mentorship
ICF credential applicants need 10 hours of mentor coaching: at least three hours of one-on-one mentoring with an ICF-credentialed coach and up to seven hours of group mentoring. We have different mentor coaching bundles available to suit your needs including mentor coaching by the hour.
Mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the ACC, PCC, and MCC credential levels.
Duration: 3 Months Minimum
Location: Online
This bundle consists of three hours of one-on-one mentor coaching time with an ICF credentialed coach, PLUS seven hours of group mentor coaching.
Duration: 8 Weeks*
Location: Online. 1.5 hours per week
*3-month minimum for group and one-on-one mentor coaching
Mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the ACC and PCC credential levels.
Duration: 1 Mentor Coaching Hour
