As a certified trainer and disability advocate, Melinda Campbell-Weber likes to say that she spends half her time comforting the afflicted and the other half afflicting the comfortable. Melinda is a trainer, writer, facilitator, speaker, instructional designer, and CPR instructor. As a writer, she has also had several articles published including “When Life Feels Unfair Let This Phrase Guide You,” “Cooking Up Some Mental Well-Being: The Amazing Benefits of Baking,” “A Walt Disney Quote to Remind You of Your Courageous Heart.”
Melinda is a graduate of Coaching out of the Box 5.5.5. Coaching Skills Training Program, is a Coaching Out of the Box Digitally Enabled Licensed Trainer and an ICF ACC Accredited Coach, where she enjoys empowering leaders, teams, and individuals. Melinda also holds memberships with various organizations including the ICF, SHRM and ATD.
In her free time, Melinda enjoys serving on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization that assists those recently out of incarceration with housing and job opportunities. She also volunteers for several organizations in the disability community. Her and her family enjoy the sunshine and warm weather the Arizona climate brings.
