An ICF Credential applicant is required to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching, consisting of two components: three or more hours of one-on-one Mentoring Coaching with an ICF credentialed coach, PLUS a maximum of seven hours of Group Mentoring Coaching.
This bundle satisfies both the group and the 1:1 mentor coaching requirements.
This mentoring program satisfies the 1:1 Mentoring Coaching requirement for the ICF requirement of credentialing candidates on the ACC (Level 1), PCC (Level 2), or Portfolio paths to complete prior to submitting their application. The product can be easily used for ICF credential renewals. Get both your group and one-to-one mentor coaching done in one easy package.
This bundle also covers the second component. Our Group Mentor Coaching program provides ten hours of group mentor coaching by an ICF-credentialed coach.Â
Your one-on-one mentoring experience takes place over a period of six to ten weeks. We recommend you schedule your sessions once every two weeks or less. This cycle allows you to receive feedback and integrate that feedback into practice before the next review of your coaching.
