Completing the Credential Application Survey.
The following was created to support the application process as it was presented on the ICF website in January 2023.
In case the application screens have changed and look different from what you see below, here is the critical information you will need to input.
Assumption: You have graduated from the Coaching Out of the Box Fast Track program and have been granted the Coaching out of the Box Graduate status. If your experience is different, then respond accordingly to the survey questions.
Critical responses to survey and application questions:

The ICF uses an interactive survey “The ICF Credential Survey” to establish what type of application you are building.
