How do I remove the start or end bits on my recording?

Note we said edit the start or finish bits. You cannot edit out any part of your actual coaching session, it must be presented in its entirety as it was done. You can, however, trim the casual talk before you start coaching and after you complete the coaching. Make the recording start professionally. There are many different ways to edit audio files. It’s an online service, that is free and does the job.  It will change the file type to MP3 and that is just fine.
