Course Overview

The Purposeful Conversations© program is available to uniquely licensed Digitally Enabled Licensed Trainers (DELT). The core of the 5.5.5 Coaching Skills Training Program is now fully ready for non-coach groups, managers, influencers, and senior professionals, who want to add coaching power, the ability to provide feedback, and the unique ability to dance between managing/influencing and coaching/engaging in the same conversation. This is a program we have successfully delivered to our corporate clients and like the 5.5.5, the materials come in the box as hard copy or out of the box with online access and digital formats.

Course Prerequisites

To be eligible for our Train-the-Trainer programs, participants must have completed Coaching Out of the Box® 5.5.5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ in addition to a minimum of ONE of the following:

  • A coach training program with a minimum of 60 contact hours as defined by the ICF Level 1 or ICF Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Or have successfully completed both the Coaching Out of the Box® Advanced Coaching Skills Practicum, AND Coaching Fundamentals Program™.
  • Or hold an ICF ACC, PCC, or MCC credential.

AND

  • Must be a Digitally Enabled Licensed Trainer (DELT) Train the Trainer for 5.5.5 Coaching Skills Training

Purposeful Conversations© Train-The-Trainer (PCT3)
For a Coaching Out of the Box® Digitally Enabled Licensed Trainer (DELT) wishing to expand their portfolio by being licensed to deliver the Purposeful Conversations© program.
 
The Purposeful Conversations© Training Program draws from the most advanced knowledge base in the coaching field and is translated into a simple, intuitive, and highly transferable framework for executives, managers, and influencers.
 
This program is a self-paced course with support and guidance from a Coaching Out of the Box® Mentor Coach. The prerequisite to this course is the T4 Train the Trainer for 5.5.5 Coaching Skills Training.
 
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to re-position the 5.5.5 Model and concepts for non-coach groups, managers, influencers, and senior professionals.
 
The participant will learn and work through new modules on Providing Feedback and The Manager-Coach Dance. Each participant will exit with their fully customized delivery plan and script ready for their first delivery.
 
Materials required for every participant you deliver the program to.
Our agreement specifies the Licensed Trainer (LT) or Digitally Enhanced Licensed Trainer (DELT) will purchase at least ONE of the following toolkits for EVERY participant involved in the programs they lead or run.
