- We surface what is visible (known) and become almost more concerned with what is less known or hidden and yet shows up in the behaviour.
- Get below the surface to get to the emotions, motivation, fears, joy, beliefs.
- Surface those things that are not always informed by or rooted in fact or reality.
- Be curious about beliefs and perceptions that direct thinking and actions.
- Bring them into what is possible.
