Welcome to Fast Track Level 2, the Professional Level coaching journey. This section gives you everything you need to understand who this program is for and what to complete before your first live class.

Welcome to Fast Track Level 2
You are beginning a 5-month, ICF-accredited program and joining a global community of coaches on the path to the PCC credential.
Program Prerequisites
To join this program, you must have completed one of the following:

ICG Certified Coach Graduate
Certified Coach Graduate designation awarded by the International Coaching Group.

Level 1 Complete
ICG Associate Level training or an equivalent ICF Level 1 designation from another accredited school.

Current ACC Credential
A valid ICF Associate Certified Coach credential or equivalent from a recognized body.
Level 2 Pre-Work: Complete Before Your First Class
The 3-week pre-work window focuses on orientation, self-study, and goal alignment. Complete all of the following:

Required before we can issue your Level 2 Certificate upon graduation.

ICF-required ethics training included in your pre-work module.

Identify your starting point and refine your personal learning goals for the program.

Business Skills: Attracting Clients
Modules to help you build your coaching practice while you train.

AI-Powered Coaching Practice
Submit a transcript for AI-assisted feedback against the ICF Core Competencies before your first class.
