My goal is to provide the people and teams I work with an opportunity to realize their full potential. My approach is driven by the belief that we alone know what we want, what our strengths are, and where our passion lies. Together, we will create awareness in these areas, in order to identify and achieve goals, including some that may not previously have been considered possible.

I have tremendous passion for leadership, and professional and personal development through coaching. From the early stages of my career, I have been fascinated by interpersonal dynamics, and it is my life’s mission to better understand human responses and behaviors. As a graduate of the Royal Roads executive coaching program, I am a Certified Executive Coach, and a member of the International Coach Federation. My approach is further informed by a wide variety of work experiences: as a young apprentice and eventually a journeyman tradesperson in the early part of my career, as a business owner for over a decade in the construction industry, as a mature MBA student and graduate, and with over a decade leading people in the mining industry. My experience reflects over 20 years’ management and leadership experience in the construction and mining industries.
