In addition to being a mom, partner, daughter, and soul tribe member, Rosa has spent the last decade coaching public service/healthcare leaders and business owners to own their magic and crush their goals.  She is also a coach’s coach – educating and mentoring aspiring coaches to develop and hone their own skills and practice. 

Before shifting her focus to her big life and growing business, Rosa spent almost 15 years supporting public service leaders.  Over her career in public service, Rosa supported leaders at every level across government, through one on one coaching, leadership development programs, and creating and leading internal coaching programs. Rosa has also empowered healthcare leaders across Canada, working with organizations such as Covenant Health, Eastern Health, the Canadian College of Health Leaders, and participants of the CCHL’s Certified Health Executive Program. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Communications and has facilitated communications training for hundreds of people. 

Rosa is also a believer and (encourager) of magic - the magic that lives (sometimes hidden) in each of us, the magic that happens when we step into our personal power, the magic that happens when we share ourselves, our dreams, our secret sauce, our whole, authentic selves with others

Rosa is driven, passionate and the owner of big dreams, and balances that with being a present mom, a supportive wife, a loving daughter to aging parents, and the owner of an ever-messy home and piles of laundry.
