Course Overview

Program Structure

Participants refine their coaching skills by coaching others and hearing others coach in a virtual classroom overseen and critiqued by an ICF-certified professional coach. The environment fosters real-time learning for those doing the coaching and for those listening and providing feedback.

Live Practice
Group Mentor Coaching Sessions
6 live weekly sessions of 90 minutes each. Participants take turns coaching while the group observes, then debrief together with expert facilitation and real-time feedback.
Peer Observation
Structured Feedback & Reflection
Observe your peers coaching in a safe, supportive environment. Learn as much from watching and giving feedback as from coaching yourself.

This course is offered live online, or can be delivered on-site to your organization.
