Susan helps leaders and entrepreneurs break through limiting beliefs and build successful careers. With over 2000 hours of direct client coaching experience, Susan has helped hundreds of clients find their way forward to actioning transformative outcomes.

With a decade of experience running her own private practice – Authentika Consulting Inc. – she knows what it takes to create a thriving business. She understands that strategy, focus, and self-awareness are fueled by a growth mindset.

Additionally, Susan is a Certified Diversity Coach, a mentor coach and coach faculty for the International Coaching Group, a Certified Virtual Presenter, and a former TV Talk Show and Radio Show host.
