I have worked for the Scottish Prison Service for the past 22 years in numerous roles, currently I work as a Physical Education Instructor promoting healthy living within the Prison. I am also working in partnership with Dundee University in developing Oral Hygiene peer mentors and Health Coaches within prisons with a long term goal of reducing recidivism. We have identified that coaching within the prison setting has a major impact on behavioural change and a study will be published later this year showing some fascinating results.  I am also passionate about coaching and will continue to pursue my own goals of achieving my PCC and then MCC.
