Glenys’ has over 30 years experience in the health, human services and business sectors. Her private coaching practice focuses on; individuals who are transitioning into leadership positions, those who want to expand their work horizons as well as individuals who are experiencing transitions in their personal life. Glenys manages a business incubator where she acts as a business coach for new entrepreneurs as well as established businesses owners. Her previous experience includes serving as an internal coach for a large public institution.
In addition to being a licensed trainer for Coaching Out-of the-Box® 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training program, Glenys is a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and holds the Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation. She has also obtained the designation of Certified Divorce Coach. Glenys has a MA from Royal Roads University with a specialization in leadership, is a certified LEADS facilitator and coach as well as has certification in Asset Management through The Institute of Asset Management.
Glenys is a co-author of an Amazon best selling book dealing with relationship transitions and has co-developed and currently facilitates a community leadership program. This program has a key theme that encourages organizational leaders to adopt a coaching mindset and build a culture of coaching throughout their organization. 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training is a key component of this program.
