Her diverse career has ranged from entrepreneurship to multi-million dollar corporate responsibilities. In addition to her MBA, she has her Certified Executive Coach designation from Royal Roads University, is a credentialed member of the ICF (International Coach Federation), and is certified to assess Emotional Intelligence.

Maria works with a wide variety of clients from industries such as oil and gas, packaged goods, legal services, insurance, telecommunications and technology. She brings value to each relationship through her significant corporate and small business experience as well as her commitment to her client’s success.

As a skilled instructor and facilitator, she provides business and leadership seminars for a variety of organizations and teaches at the University of Calgary.
