Sinive is passionate about coaching leaders to reach their full potential.

Sinive has expertise coaching and consulting in the fields of learning and development, workforce development and engagement and organizational development. She has over seventeen years of experience in the public sector both abroad in New Zealand and here in Alberta. 

Sinive’s education includes a MA (Leadership) and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.  She also holds a BA (Sociology) from the University of Lethbridge.  Sinive is certified in Lominger Voices 360, LEADS 360, Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Coaching out of the Box and Personality Dimensions.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation.
