The Awesomist: I found coaching at a time of transition in my life and now walk with my clients in their journeys to success. A stroke survivor, rescue-dog Mama, and seasoned talent-acquisition professional, I have worked in the post-secondary education and private sectors for over 10 years. As a coach, I leverage my experience (and maybe a little wisdom) to challenge my clients to show up boldly in their lives and to put a stake in the ground to claim their impossible future. I coach leaders in organizations large and small. I coach entrepreneurs who are established and who are just getting started. And I coach people in transition. If you have ever had the question "What's next?" ringing in your ears, then coaching may be just what you need to get out there and get going!

I believe it's never too late to start - and there's no time like the present!

I have a Master of Arts degree from the University of Alberta (English, 2001). I was trained and certified as an Executive Coach at Royal Roads University (2012) and received my Professional Certified Coach credential (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (2013).  And I am a (proud!) Certified Coaching out of the Box trainer (2014).

I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with the love of my life and our two rescue dogs, Awesome & Maximus. When I'm not coaching or turning over rocks to find the rarest engineering talent, I love to spend summer days on the deck, rainy days in the sunroom or yoga studio, and every day embracing life wholeheartedly.
