Cheryl is an executive coach and human resource consultant, with over 17 years of experience in strategic Human Resource, who helps clients discover their passions, enhance self-awareness, and commit to action.

Cheryl’s interest is in coaching individuals who are passionate about living the life they envision, and who are dedicated to exploring and enhancing their talent to be and do what they love. For organizations, Cheryl provides expertise and direction to help you identify and implement best practices in leadership development and strategic talent management to attract, inspire, and retain top talent. Cheryl has coached a variety of executive, middle management and emerging leaders. As HR Director for BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, she implemented a coach approach through training leaders and employees key elements of coaching using Coaching Out of The Box, which resulted in enhanced communication skills and problem-solving capacity.

Cheryl is a certified executive coach from Royal Roads University and a certified human resources professional, who was a 2010 HR Professional of the Year finalist with BCHRMA. Cheryl specializes in Emotional Intelligence, Myers Briggs, and ASSESS, behavioral assessment and trait based leadership and talent management tools.

Cheryl is on the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation, Vancouver Chapter, where she holds the role of Vice President. She is a mentor to emerging coaches at Royal Roads University and to HR professionals through BCHRMA. Cheryl also volunteers her time by leading introduction to coaching sessions to a variety of non-profit organizations such as AFP, HRMA Recruiters Roundtable, HR TechGroup, and the HR non-profit roundtable.
