Janna is a successful HR Professional, Leadership Development Consultant and Certified Executive Coach with over 20 years’ experience helping leaders around the world achieve their individual goals and organizational objectives.

As CEO and Founder for Spark Leadership Inc., Janna leads the organization’s mission in helping people move from intention to commitment. She believes that the strongest force on the planet is the need to feel congruent and that this happens when our beliefs, goals, actions, and results are all aligned and reinforce each other. When these things are not aligned, we tend to self-sabotage.

Her philosophy is that people should follow as much as they lead, and comfort as much as they command. She works hard to provoke people to continuously strive to embrace the best version of themselves, and to never trade what they want in the moment for what they want the most.

Janna holds a BA (Honours) in Psychology, a B. ED and M. ED in adult education, all from the University of New Brunswick. In addition, Janna is a graduate of Royal Roads University as a Certified Executive Coach and an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Human Resources Association of New Brunswick (HRANB). She is certified to integrate powerful tools and curriculum such as The Daring Way™, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory™ (ESCI), The Leadership Circle Profile™ and The Leadership Circle Culture Survey™ in her client work.

Janna is an engaged member of many community committees and boards.
