Rehana Doobay is a senior Human Resources leader, with over 20 years experience in corporate HR roles with Fortune 500 companies across Europe and North America. Her business expertise spans Information Technology, Financial Services, Retail and Sales. Rehana has worked in global organizations embracing the benefits of a diverse workforce. With areas of specialty in organizational effectiveness, leadership, employee development, talent attraction and retention, she brings a broad knowledge base to issues. Her international experience enhances her ability to view challenges from multiple perspectives. She is driven by her passion to help organizations and individuals achieve their goals, this has fuelled her pursuit of coaching. Her natural compassion, belief in others and her desire to support extraordinary outcomes for her clients make her a strong coaching partner. She is a certified coach from Royal Roads University, a Professional Certified Coach as well as a licensed trainer for the Coaching Out of The Box^® program.

Rehana enjoys community involvement she serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Pathways for Children Youth and Families of York Region. Rehana holds a Bachelors degree from the University of West Glamorgan, she has pursued excellence in HR and leadership through the CHRP designation, programs at the Michigan University and the Rotman School of Business.
