She is the owner of Morningstar Centre For Engagement, a part-time business in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Her company specializes in leadership and professional coach development through coaching, corporate training and motivational speaking.
Carolyn has been a Coach Educator/Facilitator with Coaching Out of The Box® since 2018 and has been a Licensed Trainer of the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ since 2009.
She received her designation as a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through completion of the Royal Roads University Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program.
As well, Carolyn is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) – and a registered Mentor Coach — with the International Coach Federation (ICF.) Through past and current contributions as a writer of ICF published blogs and articles, Carolyn has been acknowledged as a Thought Leader on Coaching Competencies by the ICF, since 2017.
She has been a member of the World Business Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) Coach Facilitator Team since 2018 and, in January 2019, was recognized as a WBECS Top Facilitator. In 2020, Carolyn was chosen as a WBECS speaker, presenting in the venue with industry icons of the global coach community.
