Over the past 20+ years, Colin has a proven record of accomplishment in the areas of leadership development, strategy, change management, process improvement, business start-ups, clinical studies and program management.

He has achieved this in the private, public and not for profit sectors across five continents, partnering with all levels of Government, Fortune 500's, Hi Tech startups and small and medium sized enterprises, community based not for profits to international charities.

He has held various leadership positions including the C-Suite, Partner and business owner in the areas of management, operations, business development and engineering design with organizations ranging from multi-billion dollar multinational matrix organizations and Crown Corporations to small- and medium-sized enterprises and start up ventures as well as not-for-profits.

Colin's time now is spent primarily as an Executive Coach helping high impact Executives and Entrepreneurs co-create and execute game changing strategies yielding measurable ROI and leadership growth, that is sustained, recognized and acknowledged by others.

His passion is spending as much time as possible with his young son and daughter (Finn and Sloane) and travelling to new destinations throughout the World.
