David Graham is a Leadership Coach and Founder of EDGE 3.  He works with leaders to build great teams through one-on-one coaching, team coaching and for transformational experiences he takes executives out of the boardroom and into nature! Dave holds a graduate certificate in executive coaching from Royal Roads University and a degree in Psychology from Trent University.

As a facilitator and trainer, he has been empowering teams for well over 18 years, most recently as Director of Training at BOOM! Marketing.   He began his career working in almost every facet of the entertainment industry,  in fact, he didn’t  leave the stage for the first 6 years of his career performing in everything from Shakespeare to Broadway Musicals.  He went on to produce and host events on cruise ships  around   the  world and  he  quickly   become   the  youngest   and   highest  rated  Cruise Director of Celebrity Cruises.  Upon returning to Canada, he worked in the television industry as a producer and reporter for Toronto One, Skywords Traffic and Rogers Television.

When Dave isn’t coaching in Toronto, he can be found in Muskoka enjoying the great outdoors!  As a competitive Triathlete, he’s happiest when he is exploring the terrain on his bike, running through a wilderness trail or swimming in a fresh water lake.
