Diane is a highly skilled executive coach and experienced leader with a talent for partnering with others to create success. Diane is committed to providing coaching services that will help her clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential – beyond what they had imagined possible. Her coaching career started in her early 20’s as a high performance synchronized swimming coach, and has come full circle where she is now coaching leaders, entrepreneurs and individuals in their professional lives. Diane is fueled by the belief that we all deserve to be led by inspiring people, and her company; Inspired Results Group is on a mission to create more inspiring leaders for the business, non-profit and public sectors.
An accomplished leader and revenue development professional for the past 20 years, Diane has been in results-oriented roles her entire career. While demonstrating her inspiring leadership skills at the 1999 Pan American Games, the University of Victoria and the Royal BC Museum, Diane was responsible for raising over $40 million to advance the mission of these organizations. She has a strong value for developing teams and has always thrived on the opportunity to support others in the workplace to achieve results.
In addition to the CEC credential, Diane is a certified SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) Relationship Awareness facilitator; a licensed Coaching Out of the Box™ trainer and workshop creator and public speaker. She is an accredited coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation and continues to invest in her professional growth through coaching and personal development opportunities. She is also a Mentor with the Gustavson School of Business and President –Elect on the AFP Vancouver Island Chapter Board of Directors. In her free time Diane enjoys adventure travel with her family and a good book by the lake when she gets the chance.
