Dianne is an external coach and trainer in her own business, Spiral Effects Coaching and Consulting. She has over 20 years of experience working with leaders in organizations assisting them with their growth and transition during times of change. She has worked with organizations in various sectors including government, communication, oil and gas, electricity, banking, education, aviation as well as others. She is an experienced facilitator and trainer in various leadership and coaching programs and she has experience working with various assessments such as LEADS 360, EQ2.0, DISC, and SDI.

Dianne is currently a Mentor Coach in the Graduate Executive Coaching Certificate Program at Royal Roads University supporting learners with the development of their coaching skills. She was also an Associate Faculty member in that same program for over ten years. She is an external coach with the Canadian College of Health Leaders supporting leaders in that program in debriefing their 360 leadership assessment reports and assisting them with their leadership development plans. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and she has over 1,000 hours of coaching clients to discover their strengths and what is getting in the way of their success.
