Eleanor is a change management and organizational development specialist and executive coach with extensive experience designing, leading, facilitating and evaluating organizational and behavioral change. She has worked with all levels of organizations, enhancing the learning of leaders and teams engaged in change initiatives and individuals faced with conflict, challenge and change. Through her research and work within leader development programs and human services, Eleanor has combined advances in theory on organizational and individual behaviour with practical application. Eleanor strives to facilitate individual capacity in overcoming obstacles, resolving conflict and enhancing communication and understanding manifest in commitment and capability, recognizing the demands and constraints of organizational life.
Eleanor has worked with public, private and non-profit organizations and within industries including high technology, justice services, health care and automotive. Her engagements have involved assessing leaders, coaching leaders individually and within executive teams to inspire self, team and organizational change and designing and facilitating long-term cultural change among organizational members to achieve desired outcomes.
Prior to consulting, Eleanor gained over fifteen years of management and executive experience in a major high technology company in systems integration, sales, marketing and consulting.
Eleanor is a Professional Certified Coach and has a PhD in Management from Walden University, specializing in Organizational Change and Leadership. She is a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University), a Professional Certified Coach and has completed RRU’s Group and Team Coaching. She holds a Masters in Computing Science from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Alberta. She is a qualified in administering individual and team feedback tools including 360 Facilitated, Assess 360, MQI and LPI; MBTI and EQi and is trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution and restorative justice techniques.
