Funso is a non-directive coach and organizational effectiveness professional who designs practical training frameworks, implements performance driven solutions and facilitates strategic leadership programs. He has over 16 year related work experience using a combination of multiple development tools such as coaching, psychometrics and learning needs assessments as a foundation for discoveries.

Funso holds a BA in Philosophy from the Obafemi Awolowo University (Nigeria), an M.A in Philosophy (Logic and Business Ethics) from the University of Windsor and several designations including: PROSCI^®, Certified Training Practitioner (CTP), IDI Qualified Administrator and MBTI certified Practitioner. Currently Funso is working towards his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the International Coach Federation.

Funso has a rich cultural exposure working in diverse sectors within North America and Africa, which includes (but are not limited to) transportation and logistics, retail and sales, banking, oil and gas, education, engineering and telecommunications, Healthcare and Government Administration. In the last few years, funso has been involved in various Organizational projects at different levels of knowledge and competencies.
