Janice is an executive with over two decades of experience working in corporate strategy, operations and human resources at an international level. She believes executive coaching is about creating space and trust to focus on strengths and empowerment to achieve personal and professional goals.  

She is co-founder and president, EI ADVANTAGE. She is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), Royal Roads University, who has achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. She also holds a B.A. (Administration), University of Winnipeg, Chartered Professional Human Resources (CPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the US based Society for Human Resource Management. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Vice-Chair of the Women’s Enterprise Centre of Manitoba.
