My vision as an Executive & Leadership Coach is that of people who are engaged and inspired through shared leadership to make a difference everyday for themselves and those they serve. I am naturally curious about people and our connections to each other and the world around us. Serving those who serve others is my passion.

I started Judith E. Wyllie, Consulting in January 2010 based on a successful 26 year career in healthcare as a nurse, leader, consultant and coach. My career has spanned both non-profit and for-profit organizations including the hospital sector in Ontario and the long-term care sector in the Canada and the USA. The past 4 years of my career have been focused on developing and coaching current and emerging leaders in the Seniors Housing sector across Canada.

I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, Victoria, Canada, a Master of Health Administration from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Toronto, Canada.

My services include: 1:1 Executive Coaching; Leadership Workshop facilitation and follow-up Coaching; Coach-approach to Strategic Planning Facilitation; Team Development. I am pleased to able to offer organizations “5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program” and “Using Coaching to Lead” workshops as a licensed trainer with Coaching out of the Box^®.
