Lisa Caswell, ACC, CEC, is a facilitator of human development strategies for leaders who want to engage, influence, and inspire others.

She is CLO (Chief Learning Officer) of Being A Better Leader - the place where leaders learn to lead and build their capacity through their practice of personal mastery and exemplary communication.

Lisa is an award winning executive coach who is passionate about coaching – when she’s not coaching leaders and teams, she’s teaching coaching skills. She is a contributing author to Coach’s Corner, a weekly column in The Province, one of Vancouver’s leading newspapers. Lisa is a Coaching Out of the Box Certified Trainer, is certified to administer and interpret the Bar-On EQ-I, and the CRG portfolio of development tools.

A savvy businesswoman and opportunist, Lisa holds three post-secondary diplomas, including a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. Her career has spanned over two decades in both public and private sectors. Clients benefit from the relevant content and insight she brings in communications mastery. Her business success is a reflection of her ability to build meaningful connections and powerful relationships at all levels. Lisa’s practice includes coaching, facilitation, and leadership development for C-suite leaders, senior leaders, mid-level managers and supervisors, as well as entrepreneurs.

A risk taker, Lisa has the innate capacity to go deep, quick. She is known for her powerful unblocking abilities that help people who participate in her programs, to fast track learning and achieve the results they want, faster. Lisa is a straight shooter who combines traditional coaching methodology, with mentorship and teaching.
