I remain an enthusiastic advocate for engaging in a coach-like approach to support others in their goals and growth. My journey and passion for coaching started in 2013 when I completed the 5-5-5 training. Ever since I have actively engaged in annual coaching education, triad facilitation, and now delivery of COTBx (Coaching out of the Box). I thoroughly enjoy working with other facilitators supporting each other with online delivery of COTBx to Northern Health staff. My current focus is completing the Associate Certified Coach designation with the International Coach Foundation.
