Sylvie is a certified executive coach and leadership consultant with over 25 years of experience in federal and provincial cultural and science organizations, and 10 years working directly with leaders and senior executives. 

She has influenced hundreds of managers in the many leadership and advisory positions she has held, playing an active role in leadership development, communications, change management, strategic planning, professional communities of practice, mentoring programs and other learning & development initiatives focused on people, change and engagement.

She is a life-long learner, fascinated by the mind/ body/ spirit connection and the influence of beliefs & intuition on decision-making, behavior and outcomes. She is a graduate of Royal Roads University (Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching), Queen’s University (Masters of Art Conservation) and the University of Ottawa (Bachelor of Science, Geology). She has trained as a yoga instructor and studied other energetic disciplines. She continues developing her knowledge in this area, which is reflected in how she works.

Sylvie works with leaders in federal & provincial organizations, the private and not-for-profit sectors, as well as small business owners, particularly in fields of wellness, arts, communications and education, in Canada, Asia and the Middle East. They describe her energy as strong, bright, positive, communicative and fun, and her communication style, as spontaneous, authentic, direct and humorous.
