As a Transformative Coach and Consultant Dr. Vicki Lundin-Taylor utilizes the Coaching Out of the Box® 5/5/5 model by offering a Leaders Who Coach program for organizations wanting to engage, empower and elevate employee and team performance. Dr. Vicki’s diverse business knowledge spans corporate venues, community advocacy, academia, and successful entrepreneurial enterprises. She is the creator of Heroine Journey Circles™ for traversing personal and professional transitions.
As a former regional executive with Wells Fargo Bank, Vicki’s responsibilities included staffing and training for 26 offices. She founded, managed and sold three successful entrepreneurial enterprises including a retail business, real property development and a marketing, advertising and public relations LLP representing a diverse client portfolio with innovative marketing programs and recognized with awards for outstanding achievements. Active community leadership and professional affiliations includes advocacy as a city appointed public service commissioner and multiple leadership positions with state boards of trade and community organizations.
Dr. Vicki holds a Masters in Business Administration, a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology, and an Associate Certified Coach credential with the International Coach Federation. Her doctorate research focused on how to generate the qualities of transformation within three interdependent conceptual frameworks: Transformative Learning Theory; Joseph Campbell’s Human Developmental Model, a Hero’s Journey; and Otto Scharmer’s Leadership Theory U for Social Transformation.
