Cassandra “Cassi” Christiansen has been coaching leaders for over 20 years and her coaching spans the globe including Africa, Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. She is passionate about creating extraordinary leaders and believes that every individual has the ability to lead, but only those who choose to lead from their inner brilliance will achieve extraordinary results.
Before starting her international coaching and leadership development company, Cassi spent 14 years in the corporate world. She had a very high-powered career, working her way up from an entry-level position answering the phone to becoming the first female Vice President and the first female to serve on the senior management team in a 100-year-old company. She is incredibly grateful for her “corporate experience” as it prepared her perfectly for her life’s “real work”.
In 2001 she followed her heart and started her own company; the scariest and best business decision she has ever made. She now works with people from around the world to discover and create their own sense of passion, possibility and purpose and weave this into their organizations. They learn how to create powerful visions by aligning their heart and minds around what matters most. When these things are in alignment, an inner power emerges that makes it truly impossible for extraordinary results not to follow. For an organization to grow and evolve, it’s a necessity that its people do as well and Cassi is a master at facilitating this process.
Cassi has a degree in psychology and is a graduate of Coach University. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) which is the highest level of coach credentialing in the world. She is on faculty at Coach University, and is also a certified Professional Mentor Coach. Cassi lives in Bend, Oregon with her husband and son.
