This live online learning experience on Zoom, consisting of 8 sessions, brings student-coaches together to practice the 5-step coaching exchange process, develop the 5 core coaching skills, and apply the 5 guiding leadership principles for meaningful interactions with clients and colleagues.

5.5.5 Practice Lab

This live online learning experience on Zoom, consisting of 4 sessions, runs alongside the 5.5.5 Coaching Skills Training Program. It focuses on developing your coaching abilities through interactive activities, personalized guidance, and impactful knowledge and experience sharing.
