A team of 10 trainers plus Coaching Out of the Box^® Founder and CEO, Alison Hendren, and Brooke Simmons (Operations Manager with Coaching Out of the Box^®), delivered our flagship The 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ to 125 leaders from Saskatchewan Healthcare over two days in Saskatoon in March. 

This was our 3rd year delivering this program.  The participants will be incorporating these much needed skills to support their leadership proving that coaching is a much needed competency for all leaders and managers….AND EVERYONE!!

What is particularly interesting is how effectively the coaching skills support Saskatchewan Health’s integration, the Lean Methodology, which focuses on process improvement.  All of the attendees learned to leverage coaching skills and tools over the two day program plus continue their learning through the 6 weeks of Coaching Skills Practicums via our virtual classrooms.
