I appreciated the community we built in this program – held together by our coach-facilitator’s warm heart and thoughtfulness.  We all felt welcomed into her presence, which was lovely.  The tools of 5/5/5 are practical and clear, which makes coaching more accessible for those who are new to this model or to coaching in general.
