The sessions were the highlight of my week. I communicate differently now. Taking the course encouraged me to question my values around my belief in others-people really do have the best solutions. I am challenged now to put my fear aside when I communicate not be afraid to dig deeper and always be authentic, open and honest. I built some strong bonds with my colleagues at BCCH around coaching-practicing with each other, challenging one another, supporting and nurturing the coach in every one of us. Thank you.
