While the title of this lab might suggest a focus on coaching techniques, its true emphasis lies elsewhere. Rather than concentrating solely on the how of coaching, this lab is designed to deepen your understanding of who you need to be as a coach during the coaching process.
As you progress through this lab, you will build on three interconnected dimensions of coaching mastery.
At the PCC level, the focus shifts inward. It's not just about what you do in a session — it's about who you are becoming as a coach.
