EkoCoach™ Readiness Check

A focused, two-session assessment designed to help us see your coaching clearly, so we can place you at the right level: ACC or PCC.

ICF Aligned Evaluation

The EkoCoach™ Readiness Check is a short pathway with one purpose: to evaluate where your coaching currently stands, against ACC standards and against PCC standards, so our team can recommend the track that fits you best.

You will complete two AI coaching roleplays, each one benchmarked against a different credential level. Each roleplay generates a written feedback report. You will then submit both reports in the Next Steps lesson, and our team will review them to confirm your placement.

💡 Tip: Read each feedback report carefully right after your session. It's the clearest signal of how you're doing before our team reviews your placement.
