What you need for your ACC:

Education:

• 60+ coaching education hours, our Fast Track to ICF Credential program gives you 116.9 coach-specific education hours 

Coaching Experience:

• 100 hours of coaching experience hours, 75 paid hours, and 25 pro-bono.
• Get this through peer-to-peer sessions

Mentor Coaching

• 10 hours required for certification
• AdvancedCoching Skills Practicum provides 7 hours of group mentor coaching
• 1:1 Mentor Coaching provides 3 hours of one-to-one mentor coaching

Performance Evaluation

• Submit an audio recording of a coaching to be assessed by our in-house Level 1 Assessors

ICF Exam

• Apply to the ICF to write the exam
