The program provides 10 hours of Advanced-Level Mentoring (9 hours live and 1 hour self-study), qualifying for 10 Core Competency CCEs. It includes 7 hours of group mentor coaching required by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), along with additional hands-on learning in a live, interactive setting.
