**Mentor Coaching Program (3 Individual Sessions + 7 Group Mentoring Sessions)**

To obtain an ICF Credential, applicants are required to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching, which includes two components: a minimum of three hours of one-on-one mentor coaching with an ICF-credentialed coach, plus a maximum of seven hours of group mentor coaching.

This comprehensive program fulfills both the individual and group mentor coaching requirements.

It meets the one-on-one mentor coaching criteria for ICF credentialing candidates pursuing the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) Level 1 or those using the Portfolio path, which must be completed before submitting their application.

Within this program, our Group Mentor Coaching offers seven hours of group coaching facilitated by an ICF-credentialed coach.

Your one-on-one mentoring sessions will occur over a period of six to ten weeks. We recommend scheduling these sessions every two weeks or less. This timeline allows you to receive feedback and implement it into your practice before the next coaching review.

**ACC Exam Prep Course**

This program is designed for coaches preparing to apply for the International Coach Federation (ICF) ACC (Associate Certified Coach) Credential. As part of the credentialing process, applicants will need to complete the ICF credentialing exam.*

The prep course will cover various questions over three weeks that relate specifically to the ICF Core Competencies, Ethics, and Standards, mimicking the multiple-choice format of the Credentialing exam. Participants will select their answers using various polling tools in our virtual classroom, and responses will be analyzed and discussed in each session. This course also includes a mock exam to aid in studying for the actual exam.

Written by two pioneering coaches who developed the ICF Core Competencies, this program significantly enhances critical thinking and understanding of these competencies and ethical standards.
